1. How can I pay?

   

1) We accept online Credit Card payments thru third-party credit card processor (paysite-cash.biz by NordVision).

Minimum order total is 10EUR and Maximum is 500 EUR

2. Is it secure to buy with you?

Yes. We use third-party credit card processor. We do not see or keep your credit card information.

 

3. Do you provide 2257 documents?

Yes, model releases and photocopies of IDs with hidden personal information are attached to the order.
Documents with open personal information are available on request, please contact us.

4. How will I get content?

Once we receive the payment your order status will be changed to "Completed". Download links will be released and emailed only after manual review.

* You can also select "FTP delivery" option during checkout process (host, login and pwd will be emailed).

5. Can I get content on HDD?

Yes. Regular mail delivery on HDD is available at an extra charge (to know exact price please proceed to checkout step 3: "Delivery Method").

6. In what format videos are?

Most of videos are in DivX and WMV format. To Play or Edit DivX videos on almost any 3rd party software, you need to download and install DivX codec from www.divx.com

7. I need to make a change on my license agreement?

Not a problem, contact us with the changes you would like to make. Please make sure to include your order number, name and e-mail address.

8. With purchasing your content, are we allowed to add a watermark?

Yes, you may place your company logo, website url for distributing purchased content among your customers.

9. Can I use pictures and videos on more than one website?

Yes. Standard license is valid for unlimited domains, as long as they are owned and operated by the licensee. You must provide the name of at least one domain on the license agreement for our records.

10. How do I get the content that I want to buy? How do I buy it?

Its rather simple, you create a cart with the content you have selected by clicking on "ADD TO CART", login, fill out shipping information, select preferable method of payment and confirm it. After your payment will be processed (depending on payment method it takes from 2 minutes up to business days) your download links will be activated. Additionally, detailed information about download will be sent to your e-mail address.

11. How often do you update the site with new content?

We do it on a monthly basis and try to get more updates as possible. Discounts are reconsidered at the beggining of each month.

12. Can I buy updates only?

Yes. It's very easy to do with our content filter feature. While filtering sets you can choose to exclude already bought sets or show only those sets which were added since your last order date. To use this feature you need to sign for an account. Click here to register.
